Card Concept 8 - Umbrella Challenge....Die Cut the man in black.....Used crackle embossing paste on black and let it dry and then cut out the man again. Colored all in with brushes to blend. Added the crackle man on top of the solid one a little to the right. The message is shiny so it looks bit strange in the pic. Also used a background stencil on the background paper and the message.

My poke

Virginia's View Challenge #2. My grandmother used to say, "what's you got in your poke?" LOL
A lot of my stencils go back....well way back. I have lots of Dreamweaver stencils and that's where
my stencil journey began. These are two Dreamweaver stencils..the background and the purse (poke).
I only used distress ink to color in the designs and did a little layering. Thank you Virginia for your very
informative blog!!!

Glazed Butterfly

My second butterfly for The Card Concept #7. Background is second generation stamping.
Butterfly is a steel die. I sprayed dylusions inks on paper and cut out the butterfly pieces
and assembled. The butterfly is completely covered in diamond glaze even though the photograph
doesn't do the glaze justice.
